I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and up to date, there was a moldy smell triggering my wife's allergies that made it difficult for her to sleep. The service was exceptional with polite and funny staff, but I found the dining options to be average at best. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants and entertainment, but some cleanliness issues were noticeable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but had some cleanliness issues like leftover food in the fridge, dirt in the shower, and even a pubic hair on a face towel. The broken handles were a bit inconvenient, but the room size was nice and large.
The hotel is pet-friendly, but cleanliness could be better and more supplies should be provided for multiple guests. The strong smell of disinfectant was a drawback, impacting the overall cleanliness of the place.
